I’ve been worried lately that I focus too much on Brinky on this blog and not enough on those other kids of mine. Not that any of them are reading this blog and comparing. So this week’s Wordless Wednesday post is featuring some of my favorite pictures of my two girls. No Brinky in sight (though he is in my lap making it difficult for me to write this post).
Whether or not these two admit it (they don’t), they love each other, and I love it when they’re caught on film showing that love. I hope they’re best friends forever.

- Sisterly Love, Part 2 | Your Girls & Boys - [...] did a Wordless Wednesday post a few months ago that include some of my favorite pictures that I think ...

Your girls are beautiful. Although they don’t admit it, their love for each other shows in these pictures. Now, I wish I had a sister.
Thanks for linking up to Picnesday!
Thanks for hosting! I don’t have a sister either, so I never experienced that sort of sisterly love as a child. I know my girls love each other so much. I am fortunate to have a wonderful sister-in-law now though!
Aaahhh, PRECIOUS!!
Thanks! I think they’re pretty sweet (when they’re not terrible).
The shoulder one where she is looking behind her sister is very speical. I love the pictures of the girls since I have a sister. I always love those shots as I look back. thanks for sharing
I love that one, too. One of my favorite pictures of my girls of all time! Thanks for looking.
Your daughters are gorgeous and have beautiful smiles!
Thanks so much!
Beautiful picture.. And they are so adorable!
Thank you
Oh my god, I can’t believe that photo of tiny Jenny hugging even tinier Reagan after she was born. It’s too much. They’re the cutest girls of all time. I just love them so much!
It would have been really cool to see what another girl in my sibling group would have been like, and I always wanted a sister, even though I really love being the only girl, too. You’ve always been like a big sister to me, though, especially since I was just a kid when we met.
Reagan and Jenny are especially funny, because they do seem to get on each other’s nerves a lot like most siblings do growing up together, but their love for one another is so apparent, especially in photos. They’ll hug each other or hold hands, and I don’t even think they think about it when it’s happening. It’s so sweet.
I know – I love it when they’re secretly affectionate. Not even affectionate really, just hanging out the way they do. One of my favorite pictures of them is one you took when they were visiting you in New York and they were holding hands, I think on the subway. They don’t even notice.
I think of you as my sister, too. But you know, I’m a sister who doesn’t believe in physical affection
So we don’t have these special moments.
Awww. These are so sweet.
Thank you – my girls aren’t sweet all the time, but it’s nice when they are!
They looks so cute!
Thank you!
I enjoy seeing how long it takes Reagan to grow more hair than her big sister. Answer: not long.
I always find it hilarious that they got their first haircuts together. When Jenny was 4.
Aww… that sibling love is so precious. I love it whenever my kids get together like that, bring on the camera! Then I can remind them about the good times whenever they get all scratchy at each other
I love it, too. But my girls will immediately stop if I point out that they’re being nice to each other. They think they don’t like each other even though they clearly do
